ENFORCEMENT OF PERSPECTIVE

trigun is overall told not much in the thoughts of vash. as far as i recall, vash's introspection comes when he's in deep self loathing, when he's undergoing a deep suffering, lamenting of rem and his and knives' existence.

WHY DOES TRIGUN ATTRACT "WEIRDOS"

"weirdos" is a harsh term, but in this context, i wouldn't say so. from deep in the past to the very present, pushed forth by stampede's agenda, i see the consistently of claiming knives as an incestual character and vash as his victim. there are celebrations of it, there are condemnations of it, there are those who don't care at all and merely accept it as truth or as another perspective that the story could spin. to me, it becomes important because i've seen many people who i admire who hold the view of it being implicitly romantic. i personally have never viewed viewed two brothers in media as romantic and frankly, it makes me uncomfortable.
